- Join Our Team form: your contact details, how you would like to join, your interests, and the documents you upload, such as a résumé
- Donation form: optional name and email, donation amount and frequency, recognition preference and message
- Email: any information you include when you write to us
How we use your information
Information is collected only to respond to inquiries and provide community support. Depending on why you contacted us, we use it to answer your question, provide information or a referral, review volunteer and membership applications, process donations and maintain internal records.

By submitting a form or contacting us, you consent to the collection and use of your information for these purposes. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us, subject to legal or contractual restrictions.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with your permission (for example, when making a referral you have agreed to), with service providers that help us process payments, or where required by law. Donor data is not sold or shared, except where required by law or payment processing.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law, and we take reasonable steps to protect it from loss, misuse and unauthorized access.
Your rights
You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it.
